“ I love this location! I always get the beef rib ramen, and some sort of specialty sushi roll. I love their lychee sake which I always drink cold, and their green tea! The ordering process is simple; you grab a table number near the ordering screen and enter it, you then select the items you would like to eat and drink and then you pay, card only no cash. You choose the table you'd like to sit at and leave your table number visible. Someone will bring your food and drink out to you once it's ready. It's pretty quick service and the food is absolutely delicious! The tables do fill up pretty quickly so something there isn't enough seating but usually someone is finishing up so you can grab a seat. I love this place and eat here often. I highly recommend ”

“ FANTASTIC FUSION SERVED FAST!!! My Son and I were hungry and craving Asian. This was and incredible pick. I was a little disoriented by the high tech ordering system, but it was easy to understand and order. The Restaurant was about 1/2 ful and I could see that ordering this way freed up the staff to focus on bringing customers Hot Delicious food fast. We ordered 2 Pork Bento boxes which came with soup as we dined at the restaurant. Also got Seaweed Salad, Agadashi Tofu and an appetizer that was a tempura battered and fried 3x3" square of rice topped with sweet and savory sauces, red ginger, strawberry and tamago eggs. They were delicious. Everthing was very tasty and made to perfection and the most surprising thing was how quickly the dishes came flying out of the kitchem. We sat no more than 12-15 minutes from when we ordered. First miso soup, then seaweed salad then the bento boxes with tempura and the Fried rice squares. It was A LOT OF FOOD! My Son put it away as he is a teenager with a bottomless pit for a stomach. He was raving about everything in between bites. I had to take 1/2 of it home as I ordered too much. But they have an amazing and vast menu. It is crewed by some young and energetic asian men that put tremendous care and craft into what they do. It is great Japanese/Korean Fusion and whenever we are in the area (which we will be as my Son has driving school nearby 1 day a week after school) we will stop by here for dinner and try something new each time. They even have VEGAN Items so I can bring my Husband here!!! We are Fans!!! ”

I also love how extensive the menu is, I definitely want to try all of the other small plates and appetizers. “ So good, we are there twice in one day. Stopped by on a cold January afternoon and had a couple bowls of hot ramen to warm up. Broth was rich and flavorful; marinated egg was absolutely perfectly cooked and fantastic; charsu pork was thick, meaty, grilled/smoky and tender. This hit the spot. After a long afternoon, we needed a quick and light dinner so I ordered a Scottish salmon poke bowl and rainbow roll. Both were very fresh and tasty. “ Go-to ramen place in the Cedar Park - North Austin area! Food: I've tried the Red Tonkotsu and the Black Tonkotsu Ramen. They are delicious. - The broth is rich and flavorful. The Red has plenty of spice in it that can warm your soul. - Noodles are bouncy and chewy. Perfection. - Toppings: Thicc slices of meat (around 3 pieces per bowl), the egg is marinated and runny (which a lot of other restaurants do not do well). “ EurAsia has officially become my new favorite ramen spot. The competition in the area should be worried. I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu when I arrived, but nothing we tried disappointed me. I opted for the curry ramen and it was jammed packed with rich flavor. One of the employees advised I try it spicy (only if you're a spice fan) and it added another layer of deliciousness. Everyone was more than satisfied with their ramen. Of course we had to try a few other items on the menu. The Brussel sprouts are always a fav, I do wish they were a tad crispier. Fried Goya's and wings were also an A+. We also shared a roll that was amazing. I could definitely come back just to try more rolls. The ambiance was cute and cleans every one was welcoming. My only complaint was that it was a little warm In there, but that would not stop me from going back. Very great job EurAsia!! ”
